Foreword

Hey, fam! Happy to be your curator this year, thanks for your trust and support. For me, this will be the 6th year in shapers. You all became dear to me and I hope to develop further the ideas of shapers, our impact and friendship =) We've developed this strategy based on the experience of previous years, GS recommendations and most important – voices of various shapers. Hope is that strategy will provide enough guidance without removing freedom and self-management. Looking forward to discussing it with you and filling the roles with our great talents. ps: Would like to thank my beautiful wife for all the support she provides.

Why? How? “Look to your left. Now look to your right. We have all that we need here and now.

The question is how? Thanks to our Quality time officer our curatorship started with the fun. For me that's was the answer to the first "Why". Why we are here. For me, it's definitely not about the projects, it's all about great people having a great time together.

So the next year will be full of WHIES'N'HOWS? An I hope altogether we can answer these questions and learn how to be “Wise in Chaos”

Global Shaper community become a part of my life for more than 6 years by now. During that time I was a Shaper, I served as a Curator ‘15 and this year I am excited to start a new journey as a GS Community Champion for the region of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Vyshegrad countries. I am truly inspired by the vision, motivation and huge work done by Max and Dim for making GS Kyiv Hub a strong and valuable community and will do my best to make this strategy happen.
